Hunting and Fishing Days

West Virginia’s Celebration of National Hunting and Fishing Days is scheduled for September 28-29, 2002 as the West Virginia State Park’s largest event.  Browse through over 100 vendors and exhibitors showcasing outdoor related equipment, supplies, nationally recognized wildlife artists, crafts, etc.  Test drive a canoe, try sporting clays, learn to flyfish.  Taste expertly cooked wild game and fish.  Be amazed at the exhibitions of professional shotgun and pistol shooters!  Learn to shoot a bow, try out our 3-D archery.  Bring your child to compete for the Outdoor Youth Sports Challenge.  Activities occur 9am to 5pm both days.
